Now it is no surprise that "going keto" has become one of the biggest health trends to hit the earth, this high-fat & low-carb diet will have you optimized in no time!

The team over at Prime has come up with a wonderful and refreshing keto-friednly smoothie recipe to keep you, not only in ketosis but refreshed and satisfied too, with each and every ingredient blended into this smoothie is packed full of nutrients, brain-fuel and most importantly, delicious!

Servings: 2

Taste: 10/10

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Prime Brew (Cooled)
  • 1 Tbsp MCT oil
  • 1/2 cup ice 
  • 1 1/2 Cups BlueBerries
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk

Optional additions:

  • 3-5 drops Stevia extract
  • 1-2 Tsp Raw Honey
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions: 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender & close lid. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
